I mailed an exchange about a week and a half ago. Customer service said I could include the Felicity coupon on that order/exchange. It does not show up on my order status page yet. I am worried they will process my exchange after the coupon has expired. I included a check for payment.
Does anyone know? Will it show on the order status page when it ships?
Will they contact me and give me the option to pay the extra $10 if they do not get to my order in time? Thanks.

My exchanges (and my phone orders, actually) have never shown up on the website.
However, if you were told you could use the coupon, and included a physical coupon, then they should honor it if your return was in by that date- even if it was not processed yet.
My only concern would be that the people processing the return have a different idea about the coupon usage than CS did, it was my understanding discounts don't apply on returns.
My guess is that AG is good at making customers happy and all will be fine.
But on returns, usually you just have to wait to get it to know it went through.

Okay, that makes me feel a little better. Thank you.
I called CS. I am exchanging some things for AGOT 26- I am so excited! My exchange left me oweing just over $30, so I was hoping to apply the coupon to that balance. I had called and asked CS about it, and they said it should be fine as long as I included the actual paper coupon. I did, along with a note about speaking to CS. I used a check for the balance, hoping I could tell when it cleared. It has not shown up yet.I hope there will not be any problems.
